At Rothman & Associates, P.A., our lead attorney not only has extensive trial experience, but was on the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar for 12 years. For 6 of these years, he served as either chair or co-chair of the Disciplinary Review Committee, the Board committee responsible for reviewing and making recommendations on lawyer discipline cases that came before the Board on their way to the Florida Supreme Court.
In Mr. Rothman’s 12 years on the Board, more than 2,000 lawyer discipline cases were reviewed by the Disciplinary Review Committee of the Board of Governors.
